Laws of Cynagua updated November 26th, 2006 (A.S. XLI)
A corrected version of the Laws of Cynagua has been posted to the web site. Several typographical and formatting errors were corrected. If you have an older version of the laws, please delete them and replace it with the new version. The updated version can be downloaded from the Library.
Coronet results: Lord and Lady of the Swan
The Fall Coronet results are in. The future Prince and Princess will be Gunther Bärenjäger and Juliana of Avon. All hail the Lord and Lady of the Swan!
Autocrat's Handbook Posted
The Autocrat's Handbook has been update and now posted on the web site in Adobe PDF format to make it more convenient. Please give thanks to Caterina Malatesta for getting the handbook up to date for us. The handbook can be found on the Library page of the web site.
Laws of Cynagua Posted
The laws of Cynagua have been posted for download on the web site. Please join me in thanking Simón for seeing the laws transcribed into electronic format so they could be posted for everyone to see. The file is in Adobe® Acrobat® format so you will need the Adobe® Reader® to view the file. Please do not remove the date from the file name when you download it. This will help prevent confusion in the future when changes are made to the laws. If you notice any errors in the electronic version of the laws, please contact the Seneschal for assistance. To download the laws, you will find them in the Library section of the web site.
Large number of calendar updates
I had fallen behind on updating the Cynaguan calendar. That ended today. The calendar has been updated through June 2007 (AS XLII). Also the date for Winter Investiture has been corrected.
Royal Progress Posted
The Royal Progress of Zaid and Louise has been posted on the Royalty Page.
New Prince and Princess

New Cynaguan Seneschal
As of Saturday July 15th, Cynagua has a new Seneschal. Simón Martillo de Cordoba has now taken over the office of Seneschal. If you have any business that you need to conduct, whether it is Seneschal specific, issues with other Cynaguan officers or just to wish him well, please send him an email at seneschal@cynagua.org. Please join me in thanking our former Seneschal, Eric Bearsbane, for all of his hard work these past years and hope that he can enjoy a well earned vacation.
Web Changes » June 2006
I have been making some changes to the web site, namely, where things are located. I've created a new section called "Library" where I can store a lot of information on different topics. The report forms for multiple offices can be found here as well as news updates and the Laws of Cynagua when they are converted to electronic format. If I get submission for music, poetry, video, etc, they will also be found here. If you have anything that you'd like to contribute, please email me and I'll make arrangements to get it
New Cynaguan Photo Gallery
As you may have already seen, the new photo gallery is up and running. The new version of the software that I use now allows there to be links on the pages so, many events will have links to the West Kingdom history site as well as any one else that would like their galleries linked. If you have pictures of events that you'd like to share with the populace but, you want to keep them on your web site, please email me and I'll be happy to post a link on the events. Please note that many new photos have been added to the site with more on the way.
New Award Recommendation Form
Ever wanted to give someone recognition but, either didn't know how or couldn't find the time to write and deliver a letter to Their Highnesses? Now there is an online award form where you can tell their Highnesses about someone's great deeds.
Missing Award Tokens
Many people have been given awards over the years. Due to shortages and other issues, several people did not receive the tokens that symbolize the award. Their Highnesses would like to see those were given awards that come with tokens receive the tokens that they deserve. Please go to the Missing Award Tokens page and fill it out if you do not have the token that goes with an award that you received.
New Web Server
Changes for the website are afoot again. We are moving to a new web server with a LOT more space and toys for crazy WebMinisters, such as myself, to play with. We now have around 20 gigabytes of web space to play around with. So, if people are interested, we can start having available online things such as bard music (both written and audio), videos of events, etc. Plus the size cap on our picture gallery is gone. If you have pictures relevant to Cynagua, whether Cynaguan events or events that involved Cynaguan's elsewhere, contact me so that we can make arrangements to exchange the pictures.
