Greetings unto the populous of Cynagua from their Highnesses Rolf and Aurora, Prince and Princess of Cynagua!

It is with glad heart that today we received a messenger from Kingdom Historical Trust, Inc. We would like to
share this missive with you all ~ KHTI is officially in escrow on land within Our Principality.

Huzzah!

~ From Leah, Chairman of the Board, KHTI
As of this afternoon, February 4th, and thanks to the years of hard work
from all of the past board, volunteers, land-lead checkers, and donors, KHTI
is in escrow on a 58 acre parcel of land in Yolo county.

We still have contingencies to clear involving providing a chance for the
Crown and great officers to visit the land and comment, and getting the
required use permits from the county, so we're not completely landed yet.

We will be needing volunteers to help improve the land, assuming that the
permits come through from the county and our officer visit contingencies are
cleared, so look forward to opportunities to get involved.

Please do not all swarm out to visit it, even if you can figure out where it
is-- the current owners are being very helpful to us in getting us through
escrow as quickly and easily as possible -- they are actively ranching the
land and we can't afford to alienate them.

Key information:
58 acres located between Woodland and highway 505
Two thirds of the lot is flat level and suitable for camping, tourney
fields, equestrian, and archery while the back third is gently rolling and
has a seasonal creek bed which would make lovely war terrain
Access is easy to drive, well-maintained straight county road from the
highway exit from the west and about a 15 minute county road drive from
Woodland proper and the closest I-5 exit

On behalf of the very excited KHTI board,

Linda Segal, board chair
